		To provide a place for Lesbian and Bisexual W.O.C to build business relationships, friendships and networks and promote talents.
		To offer a forum for discussion, advice and guidance, learning and teaching.
		To advertise and promote jobs, experiences and opportunities.
		To give support, recognition, acknowledgement, respect and identification to Lesbian and Bisexual WOC in business, life & experiences.

As a Web Designer myself, working in HTML and Flash, I am more frequently being asked to design sites that implicate databases, live calendars, etc., which I am not afraid to say, are not my forte. I am looking for someone reliable, who I can call upon as and when these jobs arise (instead of turning paid work down, as I have in the past)...
